10-DIGIT NUMBERING AND HOW IT AFFECTS YOU!
Effective December 31, 2008, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has mandated that persons using a Video Relay Service (VRS), like Snap!VRS, will be able to obtain a real 10-digit telephone number. VRS users will be able to obtain a 10-digit telephone number by selecting and registering with one primary (default) VRS provider, such as Snap!VRS.
