To place a direct video call from your Ojo to a friend, family member or colleague around the world who has an Ojo, simply dial "1" followed by their Ojo telephone number and you will be connected.

Can I call a Snap!VRS video interpreter?

Yes, you can call a video interpreter to place a voice call to a Snap!VRS customer who is Deaf or Hard-of-Hearing. With the Ojo PVP-1000 model or a standard telephone, you can dial 1-877-711-SNAP (7627) and have the name and telephone number of the Deaf or Hard-of-Hearing person available. Provide the contact information when prompted by the Snap!VRS sign language interpreter. The interpreter will then place a separate video call to the Deaf or Hard-of-Hearing person The response from the Deaf or Hard-of-Hearing person is then provided to you by the interpreter in spoken English over the voice-only telephone line.

You may purchase an Ojo starting at $299.99 and subscribe to the Ojo Service for $14.95 per month, or save with a yearly rate of $164. This includes unlimited worldwide Ojo-to-Ojo video calls with video messaging. Ojo video phones can be purchased from our online store.
