Snap!VRS Teams With BayFirst to Expand Installation Support for Ojo Users in the Washington, DC and Baltimore Areas
Certified Technicians Are Available to Visit Homes of Ojo Users to Support Installation and Training Needs

Pearl River, NY - Snap!VRS, the video relay services provider that distributes the Ojo video phone, and BayFirst Solutions LLC, an 8(a) deaf-owned IT services firm headquartered in Washington, DC, today announced the availability of technicians in the Baltimore and Washington, DC metro area to support installation and training needs of Ojo users. These technicians will be able to communicate in ASL and are versed in deaf culture.
Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing Ojo users that reside within a 50-mile radius of Baltimore/Washington, DC now have the opportunity to request that a certified Ojo technician visit their home to install, troubleshoot, and service the Ojo video phone at no charge. Additionally, during the free visit, customers may request the technician provide training on how to use the Ojo and place VRS calls using Snap!VRS.

Snap!VRS customers will benefit from the skilled technicians provided by BayFirst. Each technician has a wealth of IT and telecommunication experience and is proficient in both American Sign Language (ASL) and deaf culture.

Ojo users may request free technician assistance by contacting Snap!VRS Customer Service between the hours of 8am-8pmEST Monday - Thursday and between 9am-5pmEST Friday - Sunday using any of the methods listed below. A BayFirst technician will then follow-up with the customer to schedule a convenient appointment time.
