Tom Kielty, Director, President & CEO, Aequus Technologies Corporation and Snap Telecommunications, Inc.

Tom Kielty has been leading Aequus Technologies Corporation since September 2007, first as an advisor to management and the Board of Directors, who were then looking to radically improve the company's operating performance, and since August 2008 as Director, President & Chief Executive Officer, with a focus on navigating the company through what has now become an unprecedented period of market and regulatory instability and uncertainty. The principle business of Aequus today is Snap Telecommunications Inc. ("Snap!VRS"), a telecommunications company based in Pearl River, New York serving the highly competitive deaf and hard of hearing market in the U.S.

Tom came to Aequus after a 30-year career in pharmaceutical, financial services, and technology industries with then highly recognized global companies such as SmithKline Corporation (now part of Glaxo), The First Boston Corporation (now part of Credit Suisse), Bankers Trust (now part of Deutsche Bank), Daiwa Securities International, CIBC, Perot Systems (now part of Dell), and EDS (now part of HP).

Mark Goff, Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Goff is Chief Technology Officer of Snap!VRS and is responsible for strategic direction and daily operations of all areas of the telecommunications infrastructure. Mr. Goff has 25 years of experience managing all areas of IT, operations and implementing complex systems and company strategies. Prior to joining Snap!VRS, Mr. Goff was President of DataBahn, Inc a satellite service company. Before joining DataBahn, Mr. Goff was Chief Technology Officer and executive team member for ClientLogic and had responsibilities for all global IT functions. Before joining ClientLogic, he was Vice President of Integration and Implementation at Alliance Data Systems. Prior to his work at Alliance Data, he worked for Levi Strauss as Vice president of IT and Telecommunications where he lead the re-engineering of the global supply chain systems and telecommunications network including a worldwide Unix/NT systems rollout. Prior to his work at Levi's he worked for TRW Credit Reporting, where he accomplished the consolidation of two credit reporting systems/data centers into a single center and built and installed a state-of-the-art call center integrated system. Prior to his work at TRW he was systems manager at Dean Witter.

Nancy Bloch, Chief Regulatory & Compliance Officer

Nancy Bloch joined Snap Telecommunications Inc. ("Snap!VRS") in April 2011 as Chief Regulatory Liaison and Advisor. She draws on nearly 20 years of experience in oversight of telecommunications regulations impacting the American deaf community including individuals with disabilities. She is also President of Touchpoint Group, LLC, a private management, leadership and technology consulting firm.

Ms. Bloch served as Chief Executive Officer of the National Association of the Deaf (NAD) from 1992 to 2011. Under her purview, the NAD became a nationally recognized, influential and highly respected defender of the civil, human and linguistic rights of deaf and hard of hearing individuals, particularly in the area of telecommunications. Long active on cross-disability advocacy issues, she co-founded the National Disability Leadership Alliance (formerly known as Justice for All Action Network) and oversaw the work of NAD as co-founder and steering committee member of the Coalition of Organizations for Accessible Technology, which attained passage of the 21st Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act of 2010.

Previously Ms. Bloch worked at Gallaudet University in various staff and administrative capacities with adjunct faculty responsibilities. She holds a Master's degree in Counseling and Guidance from Gallaudet and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in English Literature from the University of Miami in Florida. She resides in Inner Harbor Baltimore, Maryland with her husband, Gerald "Jerry" Nelson.

Aida Marranzini, Vice President & Controller

Ms. Marranzini has been the Corporate Controller of Aequus Technologies Corporation since November 2009, responsible for the Accounting operations of the company, and the preparation and distribution of financial reports internally and to investors. In her role, Aida ensures that the company's accounting procedures are in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, manages all external audits, and provides all billing and accounting reporting to the FCC on behalf of Snap!VRS.

Aida graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University and became a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey. Previously, Aida was a Business Unit Controller for Agfa Healthcare, where she received an outstanding Achievement Award for implementing global policies and procedures in the areas of revenue recognition, supply chain management and operations. Aida has also served as U.S. Corporate Controller for Omrix Biopharmaceuticals, Inc; Corporate and Operations Controller at EDS Telecommunications Division; Corporate Controller at TSL Telecommunications; and Finance Manager at Ernst & Young, LLP.

Fabio Campagna, Senior Director of Customer Operations

Fabio is a 20+ year veteran of the telecommunications industry, having held various mid- to senior-level product management and operations positions with AT&T, Global Crossing, Winstar (acquired by IDT) and MCI. Most recently he served as Senior Operations Director for Tuyo Mobile, a wholly owned subsidiary of IDT Corporation that sells consumer wireless services to the Latino community.

As one of Tuyo Mobile's founding employees, Fabio was instrumental in building this business from financial concept through launch and subsequent growth. Before leaving the company, he oversaw all operational aspects of the business including customer operations, carrier relations, product development, logistics, purchasing and more.

Fabio holds an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelors of Science in Marketing from Seton Hall University.
