Senior Web Programmer

Overview

Snap!VRS is seeking an experienced Senior Web Programmer responsible for development, day-to-day operations, support, and maintenance of Snap!VRS and Viable VRS web sites. The candidate will work directly with the head of IT to integrate the front-end pages with the back-end applications. The candidate will also work closely with the creative design team to convert wireframes/mockups into HTML email marketing promotions and campaigns.

Ideal Experience and Qualifications

* Prefer knowledge of American Sign Language (ASL) and/or the deaf and hard-of-hearing community.
* Experience with VRS/VRI/IP Relay solutions or related technology, consumer internet-based solutions, or telecommunications sector experience.
* B.S. in technical domain or equivalent experience.
* Minimum of 3-5 years web programming experience.
* Self-starter and possess the ability to work independently.
* Work well with a team and be able to communicate and respond directly to business needs and requests.
* Ability to work under pressure and deliver projects on time.
